Purpose:  This website provides a place for nature lovers to find out about  public educational programs occurring  around Maine.  Some programs may have a fee and preregistration may be required to attend.

Geographic scope:  The focus began with events in Hancock, Penobscot and Waldo counties but has expanded throughout Maine and sometimes beyond.
